Dr. Aliette St. Hilaire is a dedicated Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) board-certified as a Nurse Anesthesiologist. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Florida International University, followed by a Master in Science specializing in Anesthesiology from Barry University, and her Doctor of Nurse Anesthesiology Practice, where her impactful capstone project focused on "Confronting Occupational Stress through Wellness and the Human Spirit." 

 

Dr. St. Hilaire has shared her powerful journey on platforms like ABC, NBC, CBS, and Money Sense, inspiring others to uncover their inner greatness and live the life they imagine. 

 

Her story has transformed countless lives, reminding us we are intentionally designed for a purpose. Though challenges may arise, what we do with our lives becomes our gift to humanity. Her struggles have shaped a resilient spirit, allowing her to empathize deeply with others. She knows firsthand the depths of loss, abandonment, abuse, and financial hardship, including facing pregnancy at twelve and marriage at thirteen. Faith emerged as her guiding light in these trials, fueling her determination. “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.” Phil. 4:13 NIV. Life’s challenges are inevitable, but our responses amid chaos can reshape our perspectives and lead to renewed destinies. Self-love and grace shine as our greatest strengths. Dr. St. Hilaire passionately champions occupational wellness, marriage building, and realizing one's fullest potential. 

 

As a Certified Coach and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team, she mentors high school, nursing, and anesthesia students, viewing her role in providing anesthesia and care as a cherished privilege during critical moments in others' lives. Outside the operating room, she and her husband, Michelange, guide couples in nurturing and protecting their marriages. 

 

Together, they have navigated forgiveness, financial struggles, and the joys of raising three sons while pursuing educational goals. Now embracing empty nesting, they inspire couples to build, protect, and cherish their sacred garden (their marriage).  Through commitment, love, and spiritual principles, Michelange and Aliette have cultivated a thriving marriage, celebrating nearly forty years of marriage. They have raised three sons, achieved professional success, empowered many couples, traveled the world, and continue to demonstrate faith's power through their lives and union. They strive to inspire others to awaken their destiny and purpose, pursuing it with unwavering faith and determination.
